There’s nothing quite like visiting a designer show house for a dash of decorating inspiration and the chance to get familiar with designers you might never have heard of. What’s more, the proceeds from most of these showcases benefit not-for-profit organizations. Below is a calendar of upcoming show houses that we will be updating regularly so that you can find one close to you. Know of a show home that should be included? Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach
February 1-March 1
260 Palmetto Lane, West Palm Beach, FL
Bunny Williams once again serves as an honorary chair for this show house, benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. Alessandra Branca, Suzanne Kasler, and Sarah Blank are among the designers working their magic in the 8,751-square-foot home.

The Heritage at Claremont Designer Show House
March 14-May 17
80 Claremont Road, Bernardsville, NJ
Sam Ciardi of Signature Spaces, Jennifer Levy of CAVDesign, and Tina Ramchandani are among those designing rooms in what was originally the parish house of St. Bernard’s Church. Aspire Design and Home magazine is the organizer in collaboration with NGC Development, and proceeds benefit Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation.

 

Jewels on the Bay
March 15-April 12
1319 South Orange Avenue, Sarasota, FL
Joyce and Jeff Hart of J. Hart Interior Design, Marla Oppenheim and Marsha Ritter of Mtoo Designs, and Richard Hinkle of Bartram House Interiors are among the designers displaying their talents in a 1930 home and its guesthouse. Proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County.

Charleston Symphony Designer Showhouse
March 19-April 19
184 Ashley Avenue, Charleston, CA
The three-story 1880s Fitch-Rivers House will be the site of this year’s show home benefiting the Charleston Symphony and the Charleston Symphony Orchestra League Music Scholarships. Sandra Erickson, Alexandra Howard, and Lauren Messina are among the participating designers, and there will be a pop-up shop selling a special curation of items.

Symphony Designers’ Showhouse
April 11-May 10
500 East 36th Street, Kansas City, MO
Benefiting the Kansas City Symphony, this year’s house was built in 1909 by Louis Curtiss, “the Frank Lloyd Wright of Kansas City.”

Southeastern Designer Showhouse & Gardens
1130 West Conway Drive NW, Atlanta
April 16-May 10
Organized by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine and benefiting the Atlanta History Center, this year’s show home takes place in a 9,000-square-foot abode that sits on six acres. Melanie Turner Interiors is among the participating designers.

Milieu Designer Showhouse
April 25-May 3
River Oaks, Houston
This is the first show house sponsored by Milieu magazine, but it nonetheless managed to get A-list designers including Darryl Carter, Kathryn Ireland, and Nicky Haslam to participate. Proceeds from tours of the newly built 7,400-square-foot home benefit Clayton Dabney for Kids with Cancer.

St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild Decorators’ Show House and Gardens
April 25-May 10
1650 West 59th Street, Indianapolis
Known as Fox Hill Manor, this 1929 brick home spans nearly 10,000 square feet. Proceeds benefit the Center for Nursing Excellence at Eskenazi Health.

Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens
April 25-May 17
Lake Forest, IL
Paloma Contreras is this year’s honorary chair, and Kelly Hurliman, Annie Liddle, and Soledad Zitzewitz are among the other designers taking part. Built in 1908, the 23-room, 11,000-square-foot home sits on three lushly landscaped acres. Proceeds benefit the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago.

San Francisco Decorator Showcase
April 25-May 25
22 22nd Avenue, San Francisco
The financial aid program of San Francisco University High School is the beneficiary of this show house, set this year in a 6,500-square-foot home built in 1926.

Pasadena Showcase House of Design
April 26-May 17
Arcadia, CA
Gerard R. Concord, a midcentury architect popular with the Hollywood set, designed this 6,700-square-foot Federal-style home in 1937. Jeannie Chung of Cozy Stylish Chic, Kassy Dieujuste of Kassy + Company, and Barbie Palomino of Studio-Palomino are among the designers transforming rooms for the benefit of Pasadena Showcase House Instrumental Competition, Music Mobile, and Youth Concert.

Tulsa Designer Showcase
April 29-May 17
3442 South Atlanta Place, Tulsa, OK
Designer Chad Renfro is one of the chairs of this year’s show house, which encompasses more than 6,700 square feet and sits on three acres in midtown Tulsa. Proceeds benefit the Foundation for Tulsa Schools.

McLean Designer Show House
May 8-June 7
952 Mackall Farms Lane, McLean, VA
Sponsored by Aspire Design and Home in partnership with Artisan Builders and Harrison Design, this new-build show house features rooms designed by, among others, Melissa Colgan, Nile Johnson, and Kiyonda Powell. Proceeds benefit Cancer Support Community.

The Junior League of Detroit Designers’ Show House
May 10-June 7
1771 Seminole Street, Detroit
The 16,000-square-foot, Georgian-style Bingley Fales House in Detroit’s historic Indian Village neighborhood will be transformed by more two dozen designers. Proceeds benefit the Junior League’s Project EAT Empowered Pantry.
